Neighbor Rivalry Sparks Yard War

A World Series rivalry is brewing in McKinney between two neighbors.

The Gibsons are huge Rangers fans. But right next door, the Kaisers -- who are from St. Louis -- have team spirit of their own.

The two families were hoping the teams would get to play in the World Series. Now that both are, they've gone to great lengths to deck out their front yards.

As a prank one night, the Kaisers decided to put signs all over the Gibsons' yard rooting for the Cardinals.

In turn, the Gibsons did the same, even putting a large, lit-up "T" in the Kaisers' yard.

"He's got his Cards fans over there; we've got our Rangers fans here. It gets pretty heated sometimes," Nick Gibson said.

Now that the World Series is headed into Game 6, the two families' yards are reflecting their own team spirit.
