The Rangers made their annual holiday visit to Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth on Wednesday morning.
Michael Young and Kevin Millwood headlined the 16 members of the organization that made the trip, but it was the team mascot who was the biggest hit.
Rangers Captain and Santa Claus stole the show from the players and coaches on hand.
Still, every patient that met the players left with a smile on their face.
