A 34-year-old woman has been sentenced to four years in federal prison for stealing the identity of a registered nurse and treating hospice patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Jada Necole Antoine was sentenced Monday. She had pleaded guilty to one count of fraud in connection with means of identification.
According to prosecutors, Antoine stole the driver's license, social security number and other identification from a woman to gain employment at eight different hospice companies between 2009 and 2012.
Authorities said Antoine was not licensed as any kind of health care provider.
Antoine has also been ordered to pay $233,000 in restitution.
