Woman Held For Garland Man's Killing

A 52-year-old woman is being held on a $1 million bond, accused of killing a Garland man, according to authorities.

Police arrested Donna Luster, who they suspect of hitting 69-year-old Robert Mills until he died.

His body was found at about 12:30 p.m. Oct. 30 inside a unit of the Colonial Apartments in the 500 block of Flook Street in Garland, police said.

Detectives believe there was an argument and struggle between Luster and the victim before he died.
