Second Man Arrested In Fatal Smoke Shop Shooting

Public records indicate police have arrested a second suspect in the death of a woman during a botched robbery at a smoke shop in Dallas.

The Dallas Morning News reports 24-year-old Maurice Antione Hall, of Allen, faces a capital murder charge in the Dec. 30 shooting at The Gas Pipe that killed 18-year-old Rabeca Rae Kemp, of Mount Vernon, and injured three others. The store sells rolling papers, pipes and other items.

Jail records indicate Hall was being held at the Denton County Jail on $500,000 bail Wednesday night. It was not immediately known whether he had an attorney.

Last month 20-year-old Arsenio Desmond Petty, of Dallas, was arrested. Police suspect Petty is the shooter.

It is not clear whether police have identified the third suspect.
