The trial for Jose Torres, set to be sentenced on Monday for an attack on the Katy Trail, has been postponed after he changed his plea to not guilty.
Torres pleaded guilty to assault charges in August.
The woman he attacked suffered a broken collarbone and pelvis.
Torres admits to knocking Beth Prezio off her bike along the trail last fall and stealing her iPod.
