Crews saved multiple homes from a wildfire Monday in Johnson County, officials say.
The Retreat Fire, which spanned about 40 acres and was 10 percent contained as of 5:24 p.m. Monday, started near The Retreat subdivision in Cleburne, according to Johnson County Emergency Management.
The cause of the fire is unknown, and it has not threatened any structures or forced mandatory evacuations.

Officials did not report any injuries and crews are working on containing the blaze.
Bulldozers and helicopters are working to contain the fire, which is difficult to access because it is burning heavy cedar brush, officials said.
