Garland police arrested a suspect in the murder of a man they found dead in his apartment Thursday.
Officers believe 52-year-old Donna Lee Luster was involved in an argument with 69-year-old Robert Mills in his apartment in the 500 block of Flook Street.
According to the Garland Police Department, Luster began to hit mills and the assault led to his death.
Officers said they responded to concern for welfare at 12:30 p.m. Based on evidence at the scene, detectives believed he was in a struggle before his death.
