Denton Mother Arrested After Child Suffers Skull Fracture, Brain Hemorrhage

A Denton woman has been arrested after her child suffered a skull fracture and brain hemorrhage.

Tania Rangel, 25, was booked into the Denton jail Friday on a charge of injury to a child.

Authorities were called to an apartment complex in the 2500 block of Interstate 35 on Thursday afternoon after a report that the child had a head injury after a fall, police said.
