A small boy is in the hospital after almost drowning in Lake Arlington Sunday evening.
Officials said that at about 5 p.m. police were called to Bowman Springs Park on the 7000 block of Poly Webb Road because people had reported a small boy in the lake.
Police said that the boy was transported to the hospital but his condition is unknown.
The boy's age and how he came to be in the water is not yet known.
