Police in Houston are investigating reports of a baby's body found in a dumpster Thursday afternoon.
Officers said a homeless man was rummaging through a dumpster inside an apartment complex when he found the child in a plastic bag, according to NBC Houston affiliate, KPRC.
It is unknown how long the child had been there.
