Red Wing Shoes Offers $10,000 Reward After Manager Killed

The maker of Red Wing shoes is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person who gunned down a store manager in Arlington earlier this week.

The Red Wing Shoe Company offered the reward Thursday, adding to the standing $1,000 reward offered from CrimeStoppers.

Police answering reports of gunfire found  23-year-old store manager Randy Pacheco dead inside the store on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, the Arlington Police Department released surveillance video of a person wearing a hooded sweatshirt, carrying a gun and pointing. 

They also released a description of a vehicle being sought in connection with the shooting. The truck is described as a light-colored, or Champagne-colored, late 90s to early 2000s model Toyota Tacoma extended cab pickup. 

The store video also shows a dog that police said belonged to the victim.

Anyone with information about the masked gunman is asked to call Detective Griesbach with the Arlington Police Department at 817-459-5819, or CrimeStoppers at 817-469-TIPS.  Tipsters can choose to remain anonymous.
