Police say they arrested a man Saturday in connection to a deadly Dallas shooting that took place early in the morning.
Dallas police said they arrested Oscar Hurtado, 30, Saturday in connection to the shooting of Juan Garay, 28.
The incident happened at about 4:26 a.m. Saturday in the 7100 block of Grey Dawn Lane, police said.
Police said Hurtado and Garay got into an argument, which ultimately escalated to a shooting.
The latest news from around North Texas.
Garay was found dead at the scene, police said.
After he was read his Miranda rights, police said Hurtado opted not to speak with detectives and they placed him in jail for murder.
Hurtado's bond will be set a later date by a magistrate, police said.
