1 Dead, Others Injured in Dallas Night Club Shooting

Dallas police said one person is dead and several people were wounded during a shooting outside a night club early Monday morning.

The shooting happened at 2:12 a.m. in the parking lot of the Old Club Recess at 2824 Harry Hines Blvd. after an incident inside the club, police said.

Police said Trino Reyes shot Javier Rodriguez, 22, who later died at a nearby hospital.

A 27-year-old Latino man was also shot in the leg and taken to Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas, officials said. He is in stable condition. A third person, who was not shot, drove himself to Parkland Memorial Hospital with an ankle injury.

Officers arrested Reyes, charging him with murder. His bail is set at $500,000.
