Victory Park Apartment Tower Is Opening Its Doors

The first of four apartment towers on the way in Dallas' Victory Park development will open its doors this week.The 25-story Victory Place high-rise is being built on the east side of the American Airlines Center arena at Houston and Payne streets.The luxury rental building contains 352 apartments and was built by Atlanta-based Novare Group."We are pleased to deliver our second residential tower in Dallas," Jim Borders, Novare Group president, said in a statement.. The pre-leasing of both the residences and the retail has gone well."Victory Park has come into its own as a true mixed-use community with a critical mass of vibrant residences and retail." The smallest studio units in Victory Place start at under $1,500 a month for about 535 square feet. A 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with more than 1,500 square feet goes for more than $3,500.The building has a roof-top swimming pool and outdoor deck with fireplace, seating and a rooftop lounge.There's a 24-hour fitness center, business center, coffee bar, conference room and ground floor retail.Lincoln Property Co. is managing the building.Batson-Cook Construction is the general contractor and the project architect is Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart.
