Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating a missing elderly man with a cognitive impairment who was last seen in Richardson.Harris County constables say Clayton Sambury, 78, was visiting the Dallas area from Houston. Sambury was last seen about 6 p.m. Tuesday near U.S. Highway 75 and North Collins Boulevard. He was driving a white 2016 Toyota Highlander with a cracked windshield and Texas license plates HLF-6631.
