Police Looking for Man Accused of Shooting 40-year-old Outside Far North Dallas Bar

Dallas police are looking for a 28-year-old man accused of fatally shooting another man outside a Far North Dallas restaurant in February.Police have a murder warrant out for William Cooks, who is accused of shooting 40-year-old David Lowe outside the Draft House bar in the 3900 block of Rosemeade Parkway early the morning of Feb. 23.When officers arrived at the scene just before 2 a.m., they found Lowe on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.  Continue reading...
