Paul Quinn College Puts Students to Work and the Federal Government Is Taking Notice

Several years ago, leaders of Paul Quinn College rolled out a revolutionary plan to graduate more students from the small liberal arts school with less debt: They put them to work. As a work college, full-time residential students are placed in on- and off-campus jobs with companies such as Oncor and Omni Hotels. It's a mandatory part of their education.
