Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating a missing elderly man who has a cognitive impairment.Larry Floyd, 71, was last seen just after noon Friday at Parkland Memorial Hospital.Floyd is described as a white man who is 6-2 and about 180 pounds, with gray and brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black shorts, gray and white shoes and wire-rimmed glasses.Police believe his disappearance poses a threat to his health and safety.Anyone with information about Floyd's whereabouts is asked to call Dallas County Hospital District police at 469-419-7777.
