Law Firm Katten Starting Work on New Uptown Dallas Office

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is starting construction on its new 2-floor offices in Uptown Dallas' Park District project.The Chicago-based international legal firm is moving its Dallas office from the Comerica Bank Tower downtown to Park District's PwC Tower at Woodall Rodgers Freeway and Pearl Street."We will start our build out next week and hope to be in the building in January," Mark S. Solomon, managing partner of Katten's Dallas office said.Katten Muchin Rosenman recently expanded its Dallas office to about almost 40 attorneys that handled finance, merger and acquisition, health care, white-collar crime, real estate, corporate and litigation.It's just one of the big tenants in the the 20-story Park District office tower, a project of developer Trammell Crow and MetLife Investment Management.Along with the Katten Muchin Rosenman office, Park District is home to companies including Pricewaterhouse Coopers and law firms Barnes & Thornburg and Winston & Strawn and coworking firm Hana.  Continue reading...
