Jury Convicts Dallas Pimp Who Forced Girls, 14 and 15, to Have Sex for Money

A federal jury convicted a 33-year-old Dallas man Wednesday on multiple sex trafficking offenses, officials announced. Martavious Detrel Banks Keys was convicted after a three-day trial on two counts of child sex trafficking and one count of sex trafficking through force, fraud or coercion. His sentencing is scheduled for June. Keys faces 15 years to life in federal prison, up to a lifetime of supervised release and must register as a lifetime sex offender. Between March 2015 and April 2015, Keys, who also goes by "Cheese" and "Matt," forced two girls — ages 14 and 15 — to work as prostitutes, according to court documents.   Continue reading...
