Dr Pepper's Plano Campus in Legacy Business Park Is Up for Grabs

Just weeks after announcing it's new Texas headquarters in the Dallas Cowboys' Star development in Frisco, Keurig Dr Pepper has already put its old digs up for sale.The beverage maker has hired commercial property firm CBRE to peddle its 262,000-square-foot office campus in Legacy business park in Plano.Built in 1998 as the headquarters for Dr Pepper, the 3-story office complex sits on Legacy Drive just east of the Dallas North Tollway.  Continue reading...
