Dallas Investor Snaps Up Seven Industrial Buildings Across D-FW Area

A Dallas-based real estate investor has purchase seven North Texas industrial buildings.MoxieBridge purchased the industrial complexes in Dallas, Grand Prairie and Fort Worth totaling almost 170,000 square feet.The buildings were constructed between 2006 and 2009 and are fully leased to almost three dozen tenants.The just-acquired properties are located on Manana Drive in Dallas, in the Mark IV industrial park in North Fort Worth and on High Prairie Road in Grand Prairie. All the buildings were designed for trucking industry tenants."This type of industrial space with the parking component is in high demand in the D-FW market, and is a trend that shows no signs of slowing down, MoxieBridge principal Travis Ward said in a statement. "In acquiring this portfolio, MoxieBridge distinguishes itself from the competition, the majority of which has only one or the other - trailer parking or building space."The purchase is the company's third industrial property acquisition since the company was started last year.MoxieBridge last month purchased a two-building office project at 5710 and 5728 LBJ Freeway in North Dallas.  Continue reading...
