Construction Starts on Deep Ellum Apartment Tower on the Edge of Downtown Dallas

Developers have started construction on Dallas' next high-rise apartment project - this time in Deep Ellum.StreetLights Residential is building the 26-story, 310-unit Hamilton building on Elm Street just east of downtown.
