A carjacker was arrested after being shot in the arm and crashing into a vehicle Thursday morning. The person stole someone's vehicle in the 3900 block of East Lancaster Avenue about 7 a.m., KXAS-TV (NBC5) reported. The carjacker, who was then shot in the arm, drove away in the victim's car and crashed into two parked cars near the intersection of 7th and Macon streets, the station reported.
