3-year-old Fort Worth Child Dies From Gunshot Wound

A 3-year-old child died in his Fort Worth home Wednesday after the family said he found a gun and shot himself, police reported.Police arrived around 9:45 p.m. to a home in the 3900 block of Lawnwood Street and found Jonnie Colon in a bedroom with a gunshot wound to his head.Homicide detectives were investigating whether the cause was accidental or deliberate, police said.
