3 Charged With Murder at Le Méridien Hotel Near Galleria Are Now in Custody at Dallas County Jail

The three people arrested in Las Vegas in connection with the slaying of a man at a Far North Dallas luxury hotel last month have been moved to the Dallas County Jail.Jessica Yasmyn Ontiveros, 21, of Yuba City, Calif., was booked into the jail Thursday afternoon. She is charged with capital murder, with bail set at $500,000.Rachel Sophia Burden, 21, of Louisville, Ky., and Anthony Rashad George, 24, of Dallas were both booked into the jail Friday on capital murder charges. Burden's bail is set at $500,000; George's has not yet been set.The three were arrested Dec. 8 in connection with the death of 46-year-old Brian Sample. Sample's body was found amid "signs of homicidal violence" in a 10th-floor room at the Le Méridien Dallas by the Galleria on Nov. 27. His body was bound and the room was ransacked, police said.Detectives also found a large amount of cash in a safe in the hotel room.  Continue reading...
