25-year-old Woman Struck by Multiple Vehicles in Haltom City

A 25-year-old woman was struck by multiple vehicles Wednesday morning while she was walking on a major highway in Haltom City, police said. A female driver of a Nissan Altima alerted police after she was driving southbound in the 5400 block of Denton Highway and something hit and shattered her windshield, she told police. She pulled over and went to see what it was when she found the 25-year-old lying in the roadway on the northbound side of the road, police said. The 25-year-old, who was wearing a red shirt and black pants, appeared to have been struck by multiple vehicles, police said. Her identity has yet to be released.
