1 Dead After Small Aircraft Crashes in Cleburne

One person has died after a crash a involving an aircraft Monday evening in Cleburne, law enforcement officials said. The pilot was the only person aboard the plane, a light sport Quicksilver GT single-engine aircraft, FAA spokesman Lynn Lunsford said. It occurred shortly before 5:30 p.m. in the 3200 block of Celeste Drive, near an airpark in the north part of the city, he said. It's unclear if there are any other injuries.
