1 Dead, 1 Injured After Shooting in Southeast Fort Worth, Police Say

One person died and one person was injured in a shooting in southeast Fort Worth Monday night, police said. Officers initially responded to a shooting call about 7:15 p.m. at Miller Avenue and Martin Street, near U.S. Highway 287, The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.They found a crime scene but no people. Other officers also responded to a call about shots fired in the 3400 block of Childress Street. They found a vehicle on the sidewalk and one person dead, The Star-Telegram reports.
