Jay Jerrier's Cane Rosso Pizza Napoletana is puttin' down roots in 2010

Dallas’ favorite mobile gourmet pizzaiolo, Jay Jerrier, is putting down some roots (sorta) in 2010.

Join him and the Cane Rosso crew when they invade Chocolate Angel, Too every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night beginning January 14th.  The B.Y.O.B. pizza party starts at 5 p.m. and lasts ‘til the dough runs out, and a sneak peek at Jerrier’s menu has our mouths watering already.

Think foccacia with sea salt, oregano and Parmigiano to start ($7), followed by a “Special K” pie topped with cherry tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella and basil ($13).  Or maybe a “Motorino” with creamy burrata, sausage, broccolini and chiles ($15).  Jerrier’s list of creations goes on and on, but don’t even think about asking this pizza purist for pepperoni.  Trust us – just don’t.
