Britney Spears will reportedly pay Kevin Federline $5,000 a week to ensure she sees her sons while on tour.
Spears has been pushing to have her sons, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden Jams, 2, join her on her "Circus" tour.
Instead of joining her on the road the boys will be in either New Jersey, New Orleans or Los Angeles so that Britney can travel to see them during various stops on the tour.
Spears will be allowed to spend three days and nights a week with the boys during the tour.
Meanwhile there's news that Britney's assistant from 1998-2007 is returning to work for the pop star.
Felicia Culotta has been working for the Jonas Brothers but said: "Britney has always held a special place in my heart, and over the course of the last year I have seen her work harder than she ever has in her entire life. Sadly, I am really going to miss the Jonas boys, but I felt I had to be part of this exciting time in Britney's career. I love Britney and missed her dearly."
