Dallas police are investigating a crash involving two police motorcycle officers.
It happened in a construction zone in the 2200 block of Buckner Boulevard near Bruon Road at about 4:40 p.m.
Dallas police said a vehicle changed lanes and struck one of the motorcycle officers, forcing him into the second officer.
NBC 5 has learned Officer Robert Baudendistel suffered a shoulder injury and was taken to Baylor Medical Center at Dallas. His injury is not life-threatening.
The other officer, Officer Steven O'Brien, was not injured.
Dallas police said the driver will be charged with no driver's license, no proof of financial responsibility and changing lanes when unsafe.
