Spa Owner Accused of “Unwanted Touching” During Massage

Owner's attorney warns against rush to judgment

The owner of a Frisco spa was arrested Monday after a client accused him of sexually assaulting her during a massage last week, police said.

Marcus Hurst, 36, was released on $15,000 bond several hours after his arrest Monday night, Sgt. Adam Henderson said.

Hurst owns We Knead Bodies, a massage clinic located in the Prestonbrook Crossing shopping center, police said.

Peter Schulte, Hurst's attorney, said Hurst did nothing wrong and warned against a rush to judgment

"Any person accused of a crime in this state is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law," Schulte said in a statement. "Since my client is not guilty of this accusation, we ask the public to withhold their opinion until all the facts are known."

Police said their investigation determined that a crime occurred.

"During the course of the massage, there was some unwanted touching and some things that amounted to more than a mere massage," Henderson said.
