Rick Santorum is far back in the Republican presidential polls, but he went straight after President Obama this weekend, blaming the incumbent in part for a suicide bombing that killed 12 Americans Saturday in Afghanistan. He said the attack was “part of the consequences” of giving a timeline for when American troops will leave the country. With that timeline, Obama gave the enemy “hope,” the former Pennsylvania senator said. Despite Obama’s foreign policy accomplishments, Santorum said he is a “weak horse” on foreign affairs, and said “America’s foreign policy, it is pathetic.”
