Warrant Issued in Fatal Hit-and-Run After Woman's Car Located: Grand Prairie Police

An arrest warrant has been issued for a woman believed to have been behind the wheel when a 42-year-old cyclist was struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash Sunday morning, Grand Prairie police say.
