Governor declares state of emergency after Oklahoma tornadoes

Oklahoma’s governor declared a state of emergency in a dozen counties after last night’s storms killed four people. Sulphur, a small town, was one of the hardest hit areas. NBC 5’s Allie Spillyards reports on the damage caused there.
