Multiple killed during Oklahoma tornadoes

At least four people are dead following tornadoes in Oklahoma. The governor issued an executive order declaring a State of Emergency in 12 counties. NBC 5’s Allie Spillyards reports from Sulphur – one of the hardest-hit towns.
