Officials Push to Withhold Records Ordered Released in Tobolowsky Murder

Dallas City and County officials have appealed a court order to release investigative records in the unsolved murder of Attorney Ira Tobolowsky. A lawsuit filed by Tobolowsky’s son Michael Tobolowsky said the family wants the information to complete their own investigation and possible wrongful death lawsuit in the 2016 murder case.
