Massive Backup Behind High Five Closure

An 18-wheeler rolled onto its side on a ramp over the High Five interchange in North Dallas before the Thursday morning rush. All of Central Expressway and the LBJ Freeway was closed at about 8 a.m. so crews could cleanup spilled fuel. Authorities said the closure is likely to last for hours due to the “volatile” situation.
