#SomethingGood: Slack-a-Thon Brings in $6,000 to Help Homeless

A few weeks ago, we told you about students at Birdville ISD who created the “Slack-a-thon,” a .5K walk to raise money for backpacks to help the homeless. That event brought in $6,000.
