North Oak Cliff Neighborhoods Hire Police Patrols

While the Dallas Police Department deals with what some call a “critical” officer shortage, some areas are taking action, hiring their own officers to fight crime. In North Oak Cliff, ten neighborhoods have joined forces and they say it’s helping.
