Nonprofit group hopes to build relationships between community and those with special needs

Inspired by their son — a North Texas couple launched a nonprofit for adults with special needs. Snap and Clap stands for Special Needs Community Learning program. It started less than a year ago with a mission to help members build relationships in the community and for others to recognize their full potential. NBC 5’s Alicia Barrera spent time with the group that now has a waiting list.
