Complaints Persist Verizon, Frontier Switch

In the month since the changeover from Verizon to Frontier, more than 120 people have called and emailed to complain to NBC5 Responds. Viewers are also filing complaints with the Public Utility Commission of Texas, which saw a spike in complaints last month.
