DPD Patrol ‘Hornet's Nest' Hoping to Prevent Violent Summer

Dallas police are devoting a significant number of officers to patrol and investigate crimes in a geographically-tiny area of the city, that police say is the “hornet’s nest” of the recent violent crime spike. Businesses and residents say they notice a bigger police presence—but even more can be done.
