Dallas Mask Mandate Heads Back to Court Again

We are waiting for a ruling on the Dallas County mask mandate after a day-long court hearing. The same Dallas circuit court judge who blocked Gov. Greg Abbott’s ban on mask orders on August 10 held Tuesday’s hearing to decide if the county’s mask order should continue.
