Carrollton's mental health navigator program cuts repeat crisis calls

Facing a rise in mental health emergencies, Carrollton launched a first-of-its-kind partnership with MetroCare and Metrocrest Services. After one year, the mental health navigator program is reducing repeat calls and helping residents find long-term stability.
