Vet Charged With Animal Cruelty, Now Out on Bond

A Fort Worth veterinarian has been charged with one count of animal cruelty and turned himself in to police. Dr. Lou Tierce is was out on bond Wednesday night and his license has been suspended as the investigation continues.
