A person was struck by an oncoming vehicle in a crash Friday morning as they tried to help victims involved in an initial crash, MedStar officials said. Three people were hospitalized.
Crews responded about 4:40 a.m. on westbound Interstate 20 at Oak Grove Road in southern Fort Worth.
No other information was available.
