Schlitterbahn Co-owner Pleads Not Guilty in Death of 10-year-old

The co-owner of Texas-based Schlitterbahn water parks pleaded not guilty in the killing of a 10-year-old child who was decapitated at a park in Kansas City in 2016.In a courthouse appearance Thursday in Wyandotte County, Kan., Jeff Henry, 62, made his plea in answer to second-degree murder charges filed against him in the death of Caleb Schwab, who was killed while riding the Verruckt water slide in August 2016."Jeff Henry, in his words, told me, there's not a day that goes by that he doesn't think about Caleb Schwab," Henry's attorney Ron Barroso told Kansas City's KMBC-TV.  Continue reading...
